What Makes Us Different
Frequently Asked Questions
What is included in each at-home test kit?
Each self-collection kit includes the appropriate specimen collection device (tube, swab, or card), detailed multilingual instructions with visual guides, a tamper-evident seal for specimen security, and a prepaid return mailer for convenient shipping back to our CLIA-certified laboratory.
Can kits be custom-branded for our organization?
Yes, we offer full custom branding on kit packaging, instruction inserts, and the collection device sleeve. Your organization's logo, colors, and messaging appear throughout the unboxing experience so participants associate the testing program entirely with your brand.
How are specimens shipped back to the lab?
Each kit includes a prepaid, pre-addressed return mailer that meets all DOT and IATA shipping regulations for biological specimens. Participants simply seal their sample in the provided biohazard bag, place it in the return mailer, and drop it at any USPS collection point or schedule a pickup.
What specimen types do at-home kits support?
Our self-collection kits support dried blood spots, saliva, urine, nasal swabs, and vaginal swabs. Each specimen type has been validated for stability during return shipping to ensure accurate laboratory results even with multi-day transit times.
